The Brief

In a challenging economic climate, with rising costs squeezing the purse strings of growing businesses and financial institutions, Cashflows tasked Missive with increasing its brand-led inbound leads to help it support more customers.

The Activity

With heritage in delivering integrated and impactful campaigns, Missive quickly aligned with stakeholders across Cashflows to design and deliver an integrated content programme. Each activity was designed to increase Cashflows’ revenue and maintain business growth via inbound, brand-led leads.  

Product teams briefed us on new capabilities and functionalities and the reasons behind these developments so we could understand the customer challenges and develop external messaging that resonated with target audiences. All PR content was amplified on the Cashflows website and social media and all content developed for the website was mined for further activation.  

Across the course of 12 months our integrated activity included:   

  • Sharing corporate news with media, including customer and partner announcements and the appointment of new senior leaders 

  • Announcing the latest product news, including the launch of Fast Onboarding and Cashflows Advance 

  • An extensive awards programme, which saw Cashflows win at UK Business Fintech Awards and The Payments Awards, as well as a place on TechRound’s Fintech 50 List 

  • Thought leadership in Financial Services Forum, Payment Expert and IBS Intelligence 

  • Extensive executive profiling across LinkedIn, podcasts and events
