Communications campaign promotes Prolific investment success

The Brief 

In June 2023, ethical research and AI-training specialist Prolific approached Missive to assist with its Series A fundraise announcement.   

The Activity 

With the likes of ChatGPT and Bard driving extensive media interest in AI, we helped Prolific devise a strategic one-off media relations campaign, advising the Oxford-based business on everything from key messaging, timings and target publications.  

The Impact 

The strategy worked. In launch week we secured widespread coverage across 35+ key national and tech trades, including The Telegraph, TechCrunch, Sifted and Insider. Further, all coverage carried spokesperson quotes and was 100% positive in sentiment.  

As a result of our success, Prolific took the decision to hire Missive on a retained basis in July 2023. Our programme of work is focused on supporting their high-growth aspirations, using media relations, thought leadership and campaigning to bring the brand into the spotlight.
