Lead generation campaign advances Koa Health market presence

The Brief 

Following its successful VC-backed launch in late 2020, Koa Health tasked the Missive team with a challenging brief to penetrate the crowded mental health and wellbeing debate.  The pandemic had escalated the need for digital wellbeing solutions like those offered by Koa Health.

This created an urgent requirement for PR & communications to help Koa Health scale quickly, shaking off its startup persona and becoming an established brand in digital mental health apps for businesses.We were tasked with generating brand awareness by creating and executing an integrated campaign that positioned Koa Health as a champion of workplace wellbeing.   

The Activity 

Using a unique combination of social listening and survey data, our campaign – Wellbeing at Work -  aimed to arm those at the frontline of workplace mental health with evidence and tools to navigate mental wellness during the pandemic and beyond.  

The Impact 

  • 182 new leads generated through campaign  

  • 50 MQLs and 13 SQLs converted  

  • 51 specialist attendees to webinar  

We landed 23 pieces of highly targeted media coverage, served more than 48,000 impressions on social media and secured business broadcast slots with the likes of LBC Radio. In doing so, we engaged more than 1,500 Koa Health contacts and drove more than 250 downloads to Koa Health’s report.
