Our business division focused on diversity, equity & inclusion consulting is successfully spinning out into Anchor + Flow, an independent specialist entity founded and led by Whitney Simon and backed by Missive.
The announcement comes in the UK’s Race Equality Week, a movement uniting hundreds of thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.
Our DE&I Consulting division was first launched in 2023 and created to meet the needs of our clients to build more inclusive working cultures and practices. It represented our first investment in services outside of our core PR & Communications pedigree.
DE&I Consulting has grown from its initial incubation in Missive Sandbox - a testbed for innovation at the agency - to the successful delivery of programmes across four continents. Clients include startups, charities and multinational corporations.
Anchor + Flow will partner with organisations at every stage of their DEI journey, using coaching, training, and strategic communication to transform how teams work together, building lasting change.

The launch of Anchor + Flow marks an exciting growth stage, focused on continued partnerships with Missive clients, independent consulting, and working with other PR and Communications consultancies and their clients.

As part of the spin out, Anchor & Flow will benefit from operational support from the agency, including access to our office, and Missive founder, Nicola Koronka, will provide ongoing mentorship.
