Missive has launched a dedicated DE&I Consulting practice, delivering accredited consultancy services to support organisations building more inclusive cultures and practices.

Missive DE&I Consulting:

  • Discovery services to help organisations audit and understand their position and opportunity;
  • Planning consultancy to build the strategic case for DE&I; and
  • Delivery ranging from training and policy creation through to internal comms and recruitment tools.

The launch of DE&I Consulting is Missive’s first expansion of services outside of PR, marketing and communications. It will be led by Missive’s DE&I Consulting Lead and Account Director, Whitney Simon, and Missive co-founder & co-CEO, Nicola Koronka.

Missive’s existing partnership with US-based Rally Point PR supports transatlantic DE&I clients, providing holistic consultancy services and tools that range from auditing and reporting to strategy, planning and delivery.

This new offering formalises a growing number of engagements Missive is already delivering to its clients.

Whitney Simon, says: “We understand that diversity and inclusion is not an end goal but an ongoing journey, requiring constant reflection and a steadfast commitment. This is why I feel incredibly privileged to deliver DE&I Consulting services to our clients – aimed at helping them approach DE&I in a meaningful and impactful way that resonates with their current and future employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.”

A robust and representative DE&I approach is no longer a nice-to-have, but a business-must for those organisations that want to remain competitive. According to McKinsey, the investment in DE&I by businesses globally is projected to more than double to $15.4 billion by 2026.

Nicola Koronka, comments: “An increasing number of clients have started talking to us about expanding their business goals for DE&I. In parallel, we are excited to enable Whitney to build a specialised position at Missive, in line with our commitment to nurture personal career paths across the business. Our new, expanded proposition supports businesses to take a long term, strategic approach to DE&I. We want to help businesses to understand their position and commit to meaningful change before communicating their approach.”

The partnership between Missive and Rally Point PR gives Missive clients transatlantic expertise and consultancy to meet their international workforce diversity goals.

Dorian Langlais, co-founder, managing partner and Head of DEI Practice at Rally Point PR, says: “Organisations globally are grappling with creating effective DE&I strategies that produce fair and equitable environments for employees while improving business outcomes. The partnership between Missive and Rally Point PR brings together world-class teams with deep personal cultural understandings coupled with creative strategies and proven execution to meet these challenges and create successful results.”
